If you’ve ever felt exhausted, constantly juggling work, family, and faith—wondering why you can’t seem to keep up no matter how hard you try, you’re not alone. I’ve been there too.
As a physician (MD, Pathology), former Assistant Professor and a mother of two, I know firsthand the toll that overwhelm and imbalance can take. I spent years pushing through exhaustion, trying to meet high standards in both my career and home now, while homeschooling my two kids only to feel like I was always falling short. It wasn’t until I began deeply researching women’s physiology, hormonal rhythms, and the wisdom embedded in the Quran and Sunnah that I discovered a profound truth: true balance isn’t about working harder; it’s about working in alignment with our natural rhythms, our fitra, and our divine design.
My background in pathology, which focuses on identifying imbalances at a cellular level, gives me a unique lens through which I approach my work. But physical health is only one piece of the puzzle, our thoughts, behaviours, and emotions play an equally vital role in how we experience balance. That’s why I also trained as a certified neuro-coach and NLP practitioner—to help women shift not just their routines, but their mindsets, patterns, and deeply held beliefs that keep them stuck in cycles of exhaustion.
Through my work with clients, I’ve seen how this fusion of science and spiritual wisdom transforms lives helping women regain energy, clarity, and a sense of peace. The more I worked with Muslim women, the more I realized this wasn’t just about managing energy or productivity, it was about unlocking a deeper way of living, one that allows for excellence without burnout, ambition without compromise, and success in complete alignment with faith and purpose.
This mission is what drives me every single day. It’s why I created Serenity Sync—a program designed to help Muslim women bridge the gap between ambition and self-compassion. Inside, I equip them with the right lifestyle, routines, habits, and mindset shifts to end the cycle of overwhelm and work in sync with their natural design, so they can achieve greater success while honoring their well-being.
My goal is to educate one million Muslim women on how to harness the power of their natural rhythms, physically, mentally, and spiritually, so they can create a life of balance, fulfillment, and true ihsan.
Balance is not just a dream it’s within reach. And it starts with understanding yourself in a way you never have before.
