Sherifah Yahaya Yunusa

A Business and Emotional well-being Coach for Women, Writer, Speaker and the Host of Hayaah Summit.

I never set out to be a coach. I never imagined I’d be in this position, leading conversations about business, self-trust, and emotional well-being. But life has a way of shaping us, and mine has been a journey of unlearning, healing, and choosing to show up anyway.

I know what it’s like to shrink yourself, to hold back, to wonder if you belong, to feel like success is for “other people.” I’ve battled trauma, depression, severe anxiety, people-pleasing, toxic friendships, and relationships that made me question my worth. I’ve carried the weight of expectations that never truly fit, and I’ve wrestled with the tension of wanting to build something meaningful without losing myself in the process.

That’s why I do what I do.

I help women especially those who feel unseen, unheard, and undervalued in the business world find their voice, build with confidence, and create success on their own terms. I believe in quiet power. In running a business that aligns with who you are, not who the world says you should be. In choosing substance over performance. In knowing that you don’t have to be loud to be impactful, and you don’t have to compromise your values to build something great.

And that’s exactly why I created Hayaah Summit.

This space is for women like me. Women who are tired of being told they have to change, show up a certain way, or push themselves beyond their emotional limits just to be seen. Here, we lead differently. Here, we grow without force. We build without burnout. We thrive without betrayal.

This is my work. This is my story. And I hope, in some way, it gives you the permission to own yours
